The Road, Or the Driver?

We may have one of the worst bad roads in this modern era here in Nigeria. But some drivers simply make a morning choice to die on it. Speed limit are ignored and one man thinks he knows better than our road safety agents and drives like a maniac.
I wonder if he is hailed as "king of the road" by the passengers as he whistles through.
I just saw one blast pass....inbetween a tanker and a hummer bus. And you won't believe it.... It's just an L300.
Play safe don't die on a bad road.
